[The Pacific Society of Vascular Biology]
  The Pacific Society of Vascular Biology is a scientific community that consists of scientists, engineers, clinicians and businessmen that work on angiogenesis and related vascular biology, and therapeutic development. 

Our goal is to bring together the leading researchers on vacular biology including angiogenesis in order to communicate and discuss the cutting edge knowledge and information on vascular biology.

This society was launched in 2007 through The First Pacific Symposium on Angiogenesis and Lymphangiogenesis held in Jeju Island, Korea.

Periodic meetings are held by organizations in countries located at the Pacific rim. The first meeting was brought forth by Gou Young Koh (KAIST) and his colleagues, and this year, it is organized by Korean Society of Cardiology and others. The next meeting is expected to be held in Japan.
